01 / Process
Four stages, start to handover.
Every project follows the same route. No surprises, no opaque middle stretch where you don't hear from us for a month.
STEP 01
Initial contact
Drop us a line through the contact form or pick up the phone. Brief description, photos if you have them, and what you're hoping to end up with.
Same-week reply
STEP 02
Consultation
FaceTime call to walk through ideas and expectations, or a face-to-face visit to the workshop. We'll come back with a scope, a quote and a realistic timeline.
30–60 minutes
STEP 03
Build phase
Hands-on work begins. You'll get progress updates at agreed milestones, strip-down, fabrication, paint, assembly, shake-down, with photos.
4–20 weeks
STEP 04
Handover
Collection from the workshop with a walk-through of every change. Or delivery via a fully insured motorcycle courier (charged at cost to the client).

Honest about how long it takes.
A custom build runs anywhere from 4 to 20 weeks, depending on scope. The same range applies to nut-and-bolt restorations, where the variable is genuine parts availability, we'd rather wait for the right OEM crank than fit something that compromises the bike.
If your project slips outside the original window, we tell you why, in writing, before you ask.
03 / Warranty
Warranty terms in full.
We'd rather lay this out plainly than bury it in small print. The conditional wording is the trust signal, it's what an honest workshop can promise.
Show bikes · not road legal
No warranty
Show bikes are not intended for road use. They're built to a brief, signed off as such, and supplied without warranty.
Road bikes
6-month warranty, conditional
Cover depends on where the component came from:
- In-house fabricated parts: covered.
- Bought-in parts (fitting only, no further intervention): not covered.
Servicing periods
Not included as standard
Servicing during the warranty period isn't bundled in by default. We're happy to add a service package on request, just ask at quote stage.
